Inland spouse pr applications

I have one question
please answer
i am PR and in few days I will apply for my wife inland spouse application.
she is on work permit.

so after applying the application Can we both travel to India for about 2 to 3 months or not.
she has valid work permit till 2024 and I am PR
please answer it

Because you are a PR, you must be living in Canada in order to sponsor your spouse. Short trips outside of Canada are OK (e.g. 3 weeks or less). 2-3 months is too long. You will need to wait until after your spouse has PR before you will be able to take trips outside of Canada that are several months long.
