Has anyone received an answer from etobiko.? do they even consider our cases?
There is a main / large Etobicoke discussion thread somewhere in this section. I would suggest you join discussions there since you'll get the best information on timelines. There are people who are still waiting for a decision in their application two years after being transferred to this office. Unfortunately it very significantly slows down processing for most applications transferred there. If you have not done so already, order your GCMS notes to find our why your application was transferred there.

hey everybody, my partner’s file has been transferred to Etobicoke office on March 3. we got AIP letter in October and requesting passport already. But soon after he got another email questioning about missing medical check of his bio son in backhome. Our lawyer dealt with them several times explained.
right now half year passed, while we almost get our passport done, the email about “ further assessment” make us feel desperation. But my lawyer didn’t suggest order notes, and suggesting get passport first.
Anyone has such experience? Thanks
