Hi, I applied on April 30, 2023, spousal application from inland Quebec.
here is my timeline
April 05, 2023: application received
May 24, 2023: we received your info. we will review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.
May 29, 2023: we need one more supporting document.
May 29, 2023: we received your document. will let you know.
May 30, 2023: medical update completed.
June 09, 2023: Eligibility updated.
June 10, 2023: Invitation to pre-arrival.

current status: background check

and till today... slient no update nothing. I have sent about 4 web forms but no proper response. Please let me know what I should do.

Nothing to do just waiting. The processing time for Quebec spousal sponsorship is 28 months. I applied about the same time as you and I'm at background check step as well.
