    To be honest the best thing you did is move out of Quebec with their ridiculous waiting time of 28-34 months. Absolutely disgusting. If you are going to live in Ontario it's better to have an Ontario plates it's cheaper.

    If she does not live with you currently, you have to put her address. If you are the one submitting the application for her and want to be receiving all the documents at your address/email, then you have to file the IMM 5476.
