Inland Spousal Sponsorship w/ Immigration Arrest Warrant

Has anyone ever had to go into CBSA to execute an immigration arrest warrant, if so please share your experience and I can share mine.
Making this thread to help or get help from others in similar situation as these are very common but touchy topics.
