Hello Guys,

Merry Christmas to everyone.

I want to ask some questions in filing the Inland Application for spouse. I know that upon filing, it goes on 3 application which is
The inland application, Extension of stay (TRV) together with the Open Work Permit (OWP). My question is below.

1. Do i need to send my medical exam result with the inland application? or i'll just wait until i was approved on the first stage?(after 14months)
because the medical exam is only valid for 12 months.

2. In applying the Open Work permit, Do i need to give medical exam result?

Hey,if you are applying for a OPW at the same time you need to do the medical upfront, as the OWP is only valid as long as your medical

Hi I was island, I did not did medical upfront, and I applied for open work permit. I got it . That is my experience

I believe you only have to do the medical for the OWP if you plan on working with children or agriculture or in a medical field, and the OWP is then valid till your passport expires.
