no it was not returned. on their side they thought my husband was out of status which was not the case, so we got burned!

You had to wait a lot..normally processing times is 111 days but you had to wait way more than that..
So did you had to prove that your husband wasn’t out of status?what was his status?

Wow, this is Good, Congrats!!!! This really give us all hope on this process, I'm still waiting for OWP approval after re-sent it, so I believe PR will comes first before I get that OWP, anyways I can at least get a refund if possible.

Yes it is faster for applicants who don’t need to wait for long time on each step...but for some of the applicants like us who have to wait longer for updates seems it’s so slow

yes, it feels like it's been taking forever! We had to send the airline ticket showing date of entry to Canada. But we had already sent this info with work permit when we applied. so their mistake for somehow loosing that information
