Hi everyone, Dec 19th applicant in here:

I resent my spouse OWP on Feb 27th
OWP received on March 4th
OWP linked online Match 28th

I had to resent my OWP because I missed one of the fee when I sent it at first on Dec 19th, so hopefully this time they will approve this, at least took me less than 2 month to be able to linked it online.

Good luck with it. If you look at my previous post you might get an idea about timing. I sent mine in while I was out of status on Dec 14th. But they do not start the 4 month(ish) clock for me until my status was restored, January 25th. So that means the same for you from March 4th since you resent it.

I really hope we get similar processing times as these new applicants from January have already been getting work permits. Good luck with yours. Please post on here if you get any news and I will too.

But they do not start the 4 month(ish) clock for me until my status was restored, January 25th. So that means the same for you from March 4th since you resent it.

Just FYI, my wife is not out of status, she is still within her 6 month with valid status, she will be out of status as on June, so hopefully if everything is ok and OWP is approved, she will be ok. I will keep everyone posted.

We will all be okay! It is just a matter of time! You are saying you hope OWP is approved, not "the OWP is approved" right? Just clarifying you are waiting for approval still. How is your PR app going?

PR same as yours "Medical passed March 13th" no more updates after that!

so, I resend my OWP as well in February and I could link it recently (March 25). My status is expiring on March 31, should I restore my status to get OWP approved before AIP?

Yes a few of us got it that way too!

Yes but if you have access to GC key, you can see if you passed. You can also call IRCC help line and get your updated PR status.

GC key shows medical passed/ says over the phone but on ECAS it only shows received.

I don't have GC key the only thing I have is ecas..
