I got my medical request today as well. Did you booked appointment? When I tried to book, all appointments are full due to new pathway. Are there any options for us to book appointment

I got medical request on Friday.
Today i got two letters.
1. my wife meets the eligibility to sponsor
2. I got a letter IMM5801 saying i am eligible for pre arrival services

Im not sure what that means and how long more it takes

Congrats! Soon, your wife should receive her AIP - approved in principle - letter within the next few days. Pre-arrival letter can be largely ignored - it's a good sign of progress.

You might get further request of documents or receive a phone call from IRCC. If not, DM will then soon follow. Note that DM will only be made after her medical is passed.

CoPR will come after and depends on which office will process her PR card.

Most importantly, follow spreadsheet for specific timelines.
