Inland Spousal PR - Indian PCC

Hi All,

I'm planning to apply for my wife's Spousal PR from inside of Canada. I have a question about her PCC. She left India to come to Canada on 20th Aug 2023. The 'report generated on' date, or the issue date is 8th Aug 2023. Will this PCC be accepted?

As per my understanding, You need to get PCC done again as it seems it was done in India. I talked over the phone with BLS and this is what they suggested me.

Thanks for your response. Are you saying that the PCC will not get accepted becuase it was done in India? But even if I apply through BLS here in Canada, in the end it goes to India for verification, right?

if it's done through BLS in Canada then it should not be an issue. I have a report generated date of May 25 but I applied for Spousal PR ( Inland ) on June 19
