Inland Spousal Application Refused

Hi there. I am in desperate need of help regarding our inland spousal application being refused.

• I was married to my current wife (named BS) in 2005, out of Canada. We had two children.
• I couldn't sponsor them to Canada due to me not having the PR. (I was on convention Refuge status)
• In Aug/2011, we got divorced, due to the ongoing long-distance relationship.
• In May/2012, I got married here in Canada with my 2nd wife (IM- a Canadian Citizen), and filed an inland spousal case.
• In Jun/2013, the case was refused.
• We couldn't conceive child, evenbwith fertility clinic help.
• She (IM) ignored the appointments and became a long-haul Truck driver. Things weren't good between us.
• Nov/2012, I went to UK, to visit my very sick DAD (he died later in 2013). I met my ex-wife (BS) and children. We conceived the 3rd child. She was later born in Sep/2013.
• I missed my IRB appointment in Dec/2012 and lost the convention Refuge status. (Because I was in U.K)
• After the refused spousal case, I was under active deportation.
• But, in Nov/2014, my long pending, H&C application was approved.
• Meanwhile, I wasn't getting along with my 2nd wife(IM)
• She was barely home, as she was happy driving truck in states.
• I became a PR in Oct/2015.
• I moved to a different address in beginning of Jan/2016 and separated from the 2nd wife(IM).
• When I received my PR-Card in April/2016, then I went to Pakistan to visit mom and also went to dad's grave for the 1st time.
• I then visited my ex-wife(BS) in U.K and the 3 children. 1st in April and then in July/2016.
• In Dec/2016, my ex-wife came to Canada. My brother and her brother( both in Canada) planned to get us remarried. Me and my ex-wife(BS) didn't know anything about it.
• We decided to get married, and we then got married in Aug/2017.
• I filed for her PR under inland Spousal.
• Everything I summarized here, is 100% truth.
• But, the Immigration is now saying that I married to my 2nd wife(IM) just to get the PR and my H&C was approved, PART-DUE to her being my wife.
• Please help me in this, as the immigration will remove my wife and children out of Canada if the case is refused.

i don't think a forum will be the most help you need/seek, spend some time looking/asking about a good lawyer.

I agree with the above poster, you will need to hire a very good family immigration lawyer as your case is very complex and has a lot of red flags.
