Sorry to hear about your refusal.

Refusals can be appealed either to Immigration Appeal Division or to the Federal Court.
You might want to find an experienced immigration lawyer who win appeal your case on your behalf.

Even if outland, chances of winning appeal in IADS or Federal court would be rare...I would say a miracle specially in this type of situation....

So just follow most realistic and achievable way to get back the status.....
