In that pace, it seems much slower than couple month ago. What is happening?

It was taking 4 months minimum before so it's actually sped up a lot... some people are still getting it around the 4 month mark.

I heard an unverified rumour that married couples get it quicker than common law

Just be patient I am sure you will get it this week
some May 1st /May 2nd applicants got theirs on Thursday/ Friday in looking at the spreadsheet
so I am guessing you will get yours this week
