Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can help me quickly.

Sent inland sponsorship application and it was received by CIC on November 4th. Still have not heard anything.
My partners visitor extension was valid until the 12/1/15. We did not apply for the OWP. Is he out of status?

Yes, he is now out of status and will not qualify for the OWP unless he applies for Restoration of Status. He only has 90 days to do this, so I suggest he do it ASAP.
Since he is now in Canada without status, there's also the risk of him being removed from Canada, which would kill the PR application.

If the ROS is granted, he could then submit the OWP application.
