Hi everyone,

I have a few questions hope someone can give me the answer

1) I was Permanent resident when I applied for sponsorship application on November 7, 2017. Until April, I obtained my citizenship. Do I need to contact IRCC and tell them my status has changed?

2) my spouse (applicant) got medical request on Sep 1, 2018 and deadline is Oct 1, 2018. She did the medical exam on Sep 12, 2018. Recently, I called physician panel and they told me they sent her medical result to IRCC on Sep 19, 2018. In the instruction, I suppose to send the proof of completion of medical exam to specific IRCC email but when I tried to send the documents, it said the email was not existed (maybe a typo). I'm wondering do I need to send them the proof of medical exam even though the panel physician has emedical which send my medical directly to IRCC?

its not mandatory you inform IRCC that the sponsor is now a citizen.

Its the medical physician that sends medical exam result to IRCC and not the applicant........refer the medical request letter......you don't have to send any proof of completion of medical exam, the physician will notify IRCC.

Thanks a lot Wakki for replying my questions. It's a relief since I don't have to send them any proof. The deadline is getting close and I feel a bit anxious because I haven't received any update on the medical exam result yet since Sep 12.
