hi i am planning to marry a canadian next month and she will be sponsoring me but i am worried cuzz she just completed her studies and she had took (osap) and she had not worked for until 1.5 yrs as she was working before but she is planning to work now i am confused that will visa officer will refuse our application cuz of financial stuff . iam worried guys plzz help me out

As long as she is not on welfare it will be fine. There are no minimum income requirements for spousal sponsorships. They will be more concerned with whether or not your relationship is genuine.

she just finished her studies and was on osap ive talked to other they say it would be problem in future for denial and it high chances of rejection yup our relationship is genuin as she is pregnant

I am graduating in 3 weeks after 4 years of dental school...my osap loans are pretty high. As mikeymyke said, don't worry, she just needs to write a plan on how she will provide support and can use family letters stating they will help. Also helpful to show she has place for you both to live, future job plans, your plans, etc.

As long as she doesn't collect unemployment or other govnt funded programs. Osap is not one of them.
Goodluck to both of you

Where are you from?
Since she is pregnant, I assume she will give birth in Canada? Will you be marrying before birth? And will you be submitting application before birth?

she live in housing recently moved where she had been getting some laid off for condo. as she is on osap so she had to pay less there
