So I'm kinda getting paranoid over here. We were asked for additional documents on March 31st (Police record check from Hong Kong which we needed to send away for and Hong Kong police send to CIC) and by about April 5th everything was sent off and out of our hands. We got a letter from Hong Kong police saying everything was processed and sent away. Our deadline for this was June 29th.
Today we called in to see if it had been received yet and the agent said no. It's been well over a month now. :S
So my question is this... is it normal for call centre agents to not be able to see when something such as this was received? Has anyone had experience with this? Our ecas hasnt been updated either. Is it possible that the record check was received but not updated in the system?
