has anyone applied for inland sponsorship sending just the marriage license since the certificate takes up to eight weeks to receive it? what has been your experience like? btw this application is intended to be filed here in Ontario.

Don't do it. High chance IRCC will return your application as incomplete. Wait for the certificate.

Has anyone already received the Biometric Fee reminder by email? I sent my application on Feb 7, got that email on March 4.
