Hi Everyone, I’m a Canadian Citizen and my fiancé is in London, UK in a working visa. She is Indian Citizen who will apply for PR status in England in May 2011.
She has 1 year visitor visa to Canada which expires in Jan 2012. We’re planning to get married in Canada in May 2011.

I have couple questions:
Should I do go ahead and process an outland sponsorship to London or process an inland sponsorship?

For Outland Sponsorship: Can she stay here and if the embassy calls her before the visa expiry (Jan 2012), she can go back and get the PR in London?

Thank you in advance.

Outland is better - since she has a visitor's visa, she can come visit you (most likely with no trouble). Outland through London or New Delhi is a lot faster than inland.

Yes. She can enter Canada with the visitor's visa and stay 6 months. She can then extend the visitor's visa, or leave and reenter if she has a multiple-entry visa.

Choose outland processing because it would be much faster for you and your wife. My cousin did it that way and had no problems.
