Inland refused?

Hello everybody, Im hope all of you are doing well. Im having some questions to ask as Its better to have in mind what it looks like for the future things.
Im applying inland and Im only in Aor 1 step.
I know that when we go inland, we dont have right to appeal their decisions. Therefore, Im wondering if I get refused:
1. can I reapply outland while keep staying in Canada with my Owp (since Owp is valid for 2 years and the process is around 1 year).
2. can I reapply inland while I stay in Canada instead of appealing their decisions?
3. Can I keep re-applying again if they keep refusing me without a status in Canada since some people even got approved without any legal status?

Further information, Im in legal status and I plan to always maintain it. Im asking just in case I have no choice regarding their maybe-negative decisions.

Thank you all.

You are free to reapply inland or outland, but keep in mind that reapplying without adding new evidence and addressing the concerns that led to the first refusal will simply yield the same result again.

Also, if you're planning to actually use your OWP and work in Canada, not sure if you can apply outland or if it would have to be inland. Probably someone more senior has the answer to that.

Being out of status isn't disqualifying from the PR process. People have applied and been approved while being out of status.

However, you're at the beginning of the process. Most applications are processed without any issues, and those that are rejected are never rejected outright, without giving a chance for the applicant to address concerns. No need to worry needlessly.

Hello, thank you for your information. So, how come that some people get deported from Canada since some get Pr without legal status? If I get refused and i dont leave the country, they are gonna get me deported?

You will not need to leave as your OWP will remain valid and provide you with legal status til its expiry. OWPs are only withdrawn in extreme cases, when people are being deported due to breaking the law and other unusual circumstances.

Deportation itself has a process and steps to it, but this is really jumping the gun when it comes to worrying. You've only gotten your AOR. Is there any specific reason why you think you might get refused?

I just dont know why some people get deported and Im wondering if Sponsorship refusal leads to it.

I dont think my case is terrible. I have been in relationship with my husband for 4 years. Unfortunately, he only visited me once due to some issues we have. He needed to work hard to support my university back in my country ( I studied in international university) and settle everything for us before I can move to Canada. By my side, I couldn’t visit him since I had to focus so bad into my studies as I wanted to graduate with honor and I couldn’t obtain visitor visa by just being a student. I had achievements to show them and factures western union that he supported me for a few years.

We got married in Canada with my visitor visa, we did a small wedding party with around only 25 people without my family.

I think its not too bad and we are genuinely together. But Im worrying as well in case I get refused, how can we keep staying together since its not as simple for him just sell everything and move with me.

I don't see anything terribly concerning. Only one visit is a red flag for sure, but most applications have some. You have been together for four years and are applying inland which means you're living together now - I definitely wouldn't worry so much in your case.

Again, even if your application is refused, you will still have a valid OWP allowing you to live and work in Canada until its expiry. You don't have to worry about deportation at all.

People are deported for a variety of reasons. If there is a removal order in place, it is generally put on hold while the sponsorship app processes. If the app is refused, the hold is lifted and the removal order can be enforced.
