INLAND OWP/TRV Question

Hello
We are about to apply for a second time for PR. I am sponsoring my wife, who did receive an OWP last time, even though we failed on our attempt.

The Question is, her OWP expired on Dec 14 2019, but her multiple entry TRV is still valid until Feb 14 2020. Is she in status, or out of status. We haven't left the country since 2017.

She is out of status. Her legal status expired Dec 14, 2019. The fact the TRV is valid to Feb is irrelevant.
