This thread is for anyone who has been waiting for over 1 year or mostly 1 year WITHOUT AIP or DM, INLAND applicants. Please share your timeline and office here so we can keep up together.

For me:
Date Received: April 23, 2018
AOR: Did not receive AOR.
Application started: May 23
Application linked to GC: June 06, 2018
Medical Passed: October 11th, 2018
Application started processing on ECAS: December 18, 2018
Background check is processing: December 18, 2018
SA: February 11, 2019

Since your application is now over the 1 year mark, I suggest that you contact your local MP's office. They will be able to assist you on your file. You could also try contacting the federal minister of immigration's office directly as well.
