Inland landing interview shcedule

Hi. I applied PR outland and now I am in Canada.
I got CoPR letter and send CIC office to make an appointment for landing interview last month.
It's been almost 1 month since I send the email, but I haven't received any email yet.

How long does it take you guys from sending the interview request to actual interview in CIC office?

Should I wait more to get an email?? What should I do??

It can take a couple of months to get a landing interview. If you want to land within Canada, nothing you can really do but wait until you hear back. If you are willing to do some driving and want to get things done faster, drive down to a US/Canadian land border and flagpole to land.

Hi - Have you completed landing interview formalities? how long it took for you? I'm still in the same boat as you; Awaiting for an appointment for more than a month now

You should call them. I called them after 1 month passed and they told me they had sent the appointment email which i didn’t get. They told me they will rearrage the interview schedule and send me by email.

But I could not believe them so I made a phone call every 3 days to check the status. Oneday they told me, they sent the rearranged schedule which I didn’t get it again. Fortunatly, the date hadn’t been passed, so I finally did the interview.

Conclusion, if you don’t get the email for a month, you need to call them. Also, you might not get second email too, so check it every week by phone call.
