I did not get any DM Letter, simply noticed the change on ECAS.

So for example, if anyone applied for a PR in September of 2018 and is residing in BC without Medical Service Plan (MSP), you are eligible to get covered starting January 1, 2019, and get reimbursed if you had any non-resident medical expenses (e.g walk-in clinic fee, ER visits, and childbirths, etc...) during the application process.

Nice! So I guess they go by the date your ECAS changed to DM, not the date they issue the letter.

I never got DM letter either, just thru ECAS on Feb 18th. I'm guessing I should be receiving DM letter sometime next week.

Hey guys i have a question. Do they always ask to brong proof of RPRF fee? I could not find my receipt. Its been more than a year when i paid that.

Check your email. You'd have a receipt. Or log in to where you pay your fees, you can obtain a copy of it. Yes, they always ask for you to bring it.

I checked my mail box. I did receive mail saying that cic have received my rprf fee and receipt is attached with this mail but there was no attachment. Don’t know how to get it
