Inland landing appointment delay at Etobicoke office Toronto

I have been trying to get an inland landing appointment for permanent residence at Etobicoke office since 14-june-2019. It has been over 2 months as i did not get any resposne from them. I tried below options, can someone tell me if anything else can be done?

1. Dropped an email to ircc.pra-rvpr.ircc@cic.gc.ca on 14-June and 2-August

2. Called CIC call centre 4 times. They have been asking to wait. It has crossed deadline of 6-8 weeks that they mentioned earlier.

3. Raised webform on 15-July.

4. Dropped an email to CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca

Can someone help here as at the moment i don't want to do flagpolling due to personal circumstances. Is anyone else in same scenario?

Hey @borade. yes i am in kind of similar situation though its been over 6 weeks and i didnt get a response. I can't do the flagpolling either.
