I got Ready for Visa email today 13th April. Actually my application was refused and reopened in October 2015. I think visa office processed my application according to express entry timelines. It was a long wait. But thanks to god and visa office. Good luck to rest of people.

Just logged onto mycic.,, it shows "updated" but inside nothing had changed and no message... Didn't get an email too...

Come one!!! Where is that PPR?????????? :( :( :(

Hi All,

Yesterday I logged in an saw on mycic that statues changed to "updated" but didn't get any message or email and there was no change whatsoever..
Today I got an email, so I logged in again and statues changed from "updated" to "submitted"

No other change.. And I didn't submit anything... Ghost mail. :) some movement is better than dead silent for 4 months! :)

I complete 6 months mark today and there has not been any progress since October 2015. I guess I can call CIC helpline now and enquire about my application. Can anyone here give me the phone number of CIC helpline? Also, I was wondering since I hired a law firm to represent my application, can I make a phone call myself or has it to be done by my law firm?

See why FSW Inland is slow http://www.cicnews.com/2016/03/ircc-addresses-hierarchy-issue-express-entry-candidates-eligible-multiple-programs-037348.html

My wife, the principal applicant, talked an agent on CIC helpline just now. The agent told us that there is large a volume of application right now and that we should wait till December 2016. If we don't hear anything till December 2016 we should call them again. Seriously, what's happening? December 2016 means the processing time is 14 months not 6 months. Now the hopeless wait starts. :( :( :(

Hey I'm an Inland FSW.

Get a request for GCMS. These call centre agents from Montreal sometimes just say whatever they want. If you get GCMS you'll know where your application is currently held. It will tell you the employee number of whose working on your application and due date to work on your application. Hope this helps.

Yes, we have applied for GCMS note and should get it in next couple of weeks if they still adhere to their 30days timeline.

A couple of people on this forum reported they got GCMC notes in 20 days.
