Today, It's almost two month finish of my file submitted. I am so tensioned. My work permit expired in Jan 7 2016. I don't no what I can do now. I am under LMIA.

Please suggest me something.

You should have received DM/PPR by then. It is better to apply BOWP at least two weeks before so that you can continue working in implied status

Hi,
Don't worry about that you will get PR before your work permit expires. Other wise you have an option to submit an application for Bridge Open Work Permit (BOWP). You submit it on beginning of January then you can stay here as Implied status until the result of BOWP and that will take another 3 months by the time you will get your PR.

I am kind of same situation and my work permit expires in December and am planning to submit BOWP first week of December.
 
Thank you jamason, Tuskers for your help. I will do same thing, I will apply BOWP in last week of December. I am worried about my LMIA. I have already with LMIA and my Lmia is also expried on 7 Jan 2016.

I just got a schedule A request for my spouse after the mass updates today.

FSW Inland, AOR - July 24th
ECAS status - Line 1: We received your application for permanent residence on July 24, 2015
Line 2: We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 24, 2015.
Line 3: We started processing your application on August 5, 2015.
MyCIC status: Everything in progress except for medicals passed.

i got Schedule A yesterday and i submitted on same day. they gave 7 days for submission.

can you please share some lines from your request letter please....

for me they bolded statutory question and asked me to answer yes or no and explain if yes. also the letter said we begun processing your application and in order to reach a decision we require schedule A from you.
