Mid may applicants are getting DMs now, so for september another 3-4 months?

For the people that got the PPR, how it looks like?
Do they provide options of address to send the passport? or they put just one address and that's it? Can you send the passport to any visa processing centre or some they determined?
I'm asking cause I will be travelling in europe next month, can I choose to send my passport to the london office?

I really doubt it matters. I'm a July applicant with LMIA, no news yet.

Just ordered gcms notes today. I will know whats going on if in case they do not send me a ppr by the end of october.

Meanwhile early September CEC applicants are receiving RPRF requests which means they'll get DM in few days. And for FSW inland they have not started processing July applicants. Meh, that's obviously some kind of discrimination assuming that we're processed by same visa office.

It takes ~30 days. I ordered mine a week ago.
