I just received my PPR 20 minutes ago. :D It was not sent to the address registered to mycic account but to an old email address. It has two letters, both with similar formats, but one of them has incorrect address printed (street number not making sense) and I assume that this is a bug. They have similar instructions though.

According my friend who has connection with CIC, it is indeed that CIC performs final admin decision on cases every Wednesday and issue PPR on or after that day. If your PPR arrives on Monday or Tuesday, then most likely that the review was made on the previous Wednesday.

I'm sending my package this weekend. Will keep updating the process.
 
I have no idea. Other members reported similar issue. CIC really need to clean up their software.

Yes I got a ghost email yesterday and then woke up to DM and PPR this morning

Did you receive any email notification about this change? I just happen to check my status on 29th night and noticed a similar change in my status. Last night (30-Sep) I even received a ghost email but I didn't notice any change in application status.
 
For me, it's been 2 weeks since I've added PCC and RCMP, no updates whatsoever. Additional Documents still "Provided".

Please update the spreadsheet. I got RPRF request on Sep 25, paid Sep 28.
 
Checked today and I am able to access ECAS. Following is the status in ECAS:

We received your application for permanent residence on September 26, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 26, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 30, 2015.

Medicals are still under review.
 
Got PPR this morning around 2AM.
