28th is a holiday because of the Christmas holiday (26th) is on Saturday. thus 28 is off in canada.

31st may be or may be not (hard to say)

26th is boxing day, also a holiday but because it falls on saturday this year they give you monday off to make up for it.

One of the guys on the forums found a visa officer job description and it said they have shifts and work holidays and weekends. So I hope holidays won't affect their schedule.
