I get the feel sometimes too , I do suspect that they have a full time paid staff to read this :)

congrats :) seems like almost everybody got PPR at same time 11.40 EST. Hope CIC will issue another batch today itself.

good catch , so the batch thing is real ,.. also looking at the dates , its almost last week on July and first week of august .
