Dec 31 will be the 6 month milestone for July 1 AORs, i really think July applicants should get something in December.

it's been over a month since last DM rain, getting frustrated ....

we have lost hopes......


no update nothing.... also all processing times for pr card, tfw are increasing it means they are concentrating on just refugee settlement. as fist planes are arriving tomorrow... so thats their focus.....

It's very likely that they'll just post updated processing time.

Maybe try talk an agent to do this for you at least? If the agent is a reasonable person, I don't see the reason why he/she will not do this for a miserable June AORer. And I personally think it is a very reasonable request at this point.

Are you a FSW or CEC Inland?
 
I received my GCMS notes about 2 weeks back and I am planning to apply for them again, just before the Christmas break. Does anyone know if repeated requests for GCMS impacts the PR application in any way?

No, it doesn't. You can request them as many times as you want.

is there any condition in terms of time after you can order GCMS Note or you can ask it anytime after application submitted? should i ask for it after 3 month of my application or should i wait for atleast 4 months

According to the Access to Information Act, you have the right to see your file at any time you want, so you don't have to wait the 4 months.
 
5 months and 28 days...I dont think we are going to get any thing soon...loosing hope :( ??? :-[ :'(

call them tomorrow as you hit 6 months tomorrow.... dont wait for next week......

also if you dont get good reply then email your area MP for looking into your file as you already completed 6 months......
 
ill do that...but dont think it will be of any help...whole inland FSW have seem to be gotten stuck...i dont think we have seen any sort of movement in the last month

thats true but we have to use our ways to build some pressure on them... just a way to remind them that they cannot forget old system in order to deliver their election promises.....
