You don't need to submit a Canadian police check at all for ANY application unless they specifically request it during processing. They will still perform their own checks anyway.

Finger prints for checks for countries other than Canada need to be completed however that country specifies. Getting prints taken at a Canadian Police station are not going to be sent overseas, they'll be used to process only the check you requested.

Your consultant is wasting your money and time (sorry to be blunt but its the truth).
 
It makes me wonder what else the consultant has screwed up! Yikes!

Ditch your consultant! If you want to use one, check here to make sure they are licensed to represent you / give advice.

Yeah, thats something pretty basic..

I looked up how to be a consultant (I'm procrastinating haha): a 36 week online course studying just 1-2 hours a day!! Then a test to register with the regulatory body, thats it...
