hello guys , well i have read the pinned posts and i will start today my spouse inland online application ,just need to review some points :-
1- we still dont have a clue which is faster paper-based or online , right ?
2- we cant apply for OWP until we receive the AOR , in that case what if the AOR took so much time given that we should provide the PCC (valid for only 3 months) for the OWP application !
will my husband travel back to our home country for a new PCC ?
3- IMM 5669 is the only file who will be hand signed on the online inland application, right ?
4- any preference to pay the full fees or not ?
sorry for the long post , but i just want to make sure that i m on the right track.
thanks

1. Online is a pilot project - it would be foolish to count on it being any faster, or indeed to not accept you're taking some risk of issues. It could be faster, but it could also just take longer. So far no obvious trend. Personally I'd suggest following approach: only use online IF you are both comfortable figuring things out when (inevitably) some instructions are not clear, AND it is substantially more convenient and cheaper/faster for you than submitting paper copies by courier.
4. Getting notified later of fees to be paid and possible delays, not to mention occasionally applicants not noticing the invoice, suggest it's a bit easier/less risky to pay up front. But entirely your choice. (Not addressing whether refunds possible if refused because no-one thinks their file will be refused and I don't know how that works).
