I was refused a US Visa in 2009. They wanted an explanation in the statutory declaration. Plus all the other information requested on the Schedule A.

Click on Profile on top right corner, then in the modify profile section on your left click on Forum profile Information. You can add information to your signature there.

After you have sent a certain number of posts you'll get the option. So send a couple more posts. Your profile rank (stars received will increase) allowing you more modification options.

I think that's a fair assumption. Definitely in Mid Dec. Bulk of Jan AOR will start in a month - month and half.

Has your background check been in progress since January?

Yes I was asked to submit FBI PCC. I have submitted it last month, but its still in progress.

AOR Dec 28th 2015

Yesterday my BG check changed to "in progress"
Today I got the "ready for visa" email.

No LMIA or PN
