Actually everything is registered on your file when there's an activity, a consultation or communications between offices or with the applicant. I noticed that when I received my GCMS notes.
That is true, GCMS is a system in which each step has to be recorded.
Even if IRCC tried to call you or your family to confirm something, that will also be recorded.

I hope it doesn’t register every time I check ECAS or GCKEY because they would have likely least 10 entries on each per day lol
I hope it registers so they can see people like me that needs to try more than 20x and maybe get lucky to be actually able to see their home page. Over a week without being able to login no matter what you try seems a bit ridiculous for a goverment page

Same here, their system must be down currently. I spoke with an agent yesterday and everything was good with my application.

The problems seem to have started after yesterday’s changes to GCKey, so I wonder if the work they were doing on the client-facing end broke something with the information display for agents/the automated phone system.

That might also explain why that agent asked missjang so many questions about calling before and previously-given information— maybe they couldn’t see that information like they usually can.

The agent I spoke with found my application after asking a few questions too and said everything was ok and that there was no issue.

I was able to speak to an agent and this agent was asking when was the last time I called CIC call center lol (which was last week) and he seemed to interrogate me, asking what did I ask last time and stuff never been asked things like that, guess I was unlucky with an agent
It happened with me too. Maybe they will decide to delay the ones who call a lot and make their lines busy Lol

Hello. On Form IMM 5406 Additional Family Information--at the time I didn't know the whereabouts of 3 of my sons, (they were angry about my divorce from their father) however I have since learned at least the cities they live in. Should I amend this document even if I don't have full addresses and email addresses? I only have the towns/cities?
