I received a request for a police certificate from Portugal in the mail but no update on my application online... am I supposed to mail a colour copy in or submit it via web? If the latter, could someone direct me on how to submit it online?
 
Application received: August 14th. Just received SA and Eligibility review started. Background check changed to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."

Anyone else experiencing issues logging into their CiC account? I am getting kicked out every single time before reaching my account home page. I am using chrome, IE and Firefox, to no use. This has been happening for the last few days.

Read somewhere that it works if you use one browser (Chrome) to login, and then open another (IE) one as soon you get kicked out, without closing the window of the first browser.... I tried it, and it worked. Give it a try.

Kind of expected better from government of Canada. They should hire some web developers...

Me too I think becuz they are updating?
