I saw your post and checked mine but no update yet.
But! I checked my status through ECAS.
Guess what? There is an update back on February 19th!!!

Permanent Residence
  1. We received YOUR WIFE'S application for permanent residence on August 31, 2018.
  2. We started processing YOUR WIFE'S application on February 19, 2019.
  3. We sent YOUR WIFE'S medical instructions on November 14, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  4. Medical results have been received.
I wonder how much longer I have to wait for the result now. :)

Aug 1 app, just checked Ecas, started processing application on Feb 21, 2019.

There is a update on ecas

  1. We received application for permanent residence on August 16, 2018.
  2. We started processing application on February 21, 2019.
  3. We sent medical instructions on November 15, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  4. Medical results have been received.
 
Not sure why mine shows the starting of processing before all yours.
I'm Aug 29th, processing started 15th Feb.
