Umm did you sent your passport as well? Coz accdg. Sa instructions if the applicant /s are residing outside canada then thru VFS if not then send sa CPC Ottawa...

yes, i got an email instructions of how my dependent would send their passport through manila canadian embassy. But then Fees are too much. So I decided that i would just enclose all of our passport to one express envelope and send it myself with my canada address as the return address.

May 25 2015 applicant, last Friday I got an email saying My CIC account update, logged in, it says Eligibility review in process, same day in the afternoon, received SA email from CIC-M.

Yup last we also got a message from CIC. Looks like Mississauga was busy!

i received AIP in april, after that i have not received even 1 email from them. i am so worried.. this does not seem normal ? someone please give suggestion... and i have already ordered notes but it doesn't say anything

There has to be some sort of clue in the notes as to what they are doing...

It can take a lot of time to complete those. It all depends on the countries and external agencies that CIC has to work with to complete the process.

ok thank you, when do you think i should get worried and do something ? so far it has been 7 months for backcheck/security as i got aip in april. i applied in end of january 2015. so its almost going to be 20 months total.

It can take a lot of time to complete those. It all depends on the countries and external agencies that CIC has to work with to complete the process.

Security is usually the last stage from what I know of inland process...

I see youre under PNP app maybe you got diff instructions that you have to send yours as well....common law app ko and need ko lang punta sa landing interview ko with my passport....890 yung fees when they send in their passports sa VFS....cheaper ba when they send them from pinas to here?

Am a July 23 /2015 applicant,i called CIC today just to check if there could be something..After lengthy discussion,he said that security check has been completed on my file and that they will soon call or email me for my PR CARD...He didnt say exactly when though

Any applicant around that time to please share your experiences..

Inland may 2015 here.I got request for aditional cohabit.files on sept.26 my wife got mail on sept 27 that she is eligible as sponsor

I just got the email from CIC! SO happy!

Application received: May 19, 2015
Sponsorship approval: September 28, 2016
No AIP, No DM
