Hi there,
I need help my PR application is in process I filed my application in October 2015 and everything they asked I already sent them including medical and finger prints and since june 2015 I didn't heard anything from immigration.i have another problem my passport was expiring in june 2017 so they gave my OWP till june 2017 and I renewed my passport a month ago now I'm confused what should I do what if my PR doesn't come till june 2017 should I send an application for my OWP extension with renewed passport ? and where to send the application with what other documents please help me

I think you mean scan and send a copy of the new passport via Web Form .

That way there is no mistakes and they can update the attachments on the file.

You can call to confirm for sure. But the fastest and easiest way is to advise them of the change, the new number, and a copy for their file.

You do raise a good point: be sure to highlight that it's a new number and they will have to update forms.

Feb 21st DM, still waiting. Called CIC and they said that it may take upto 7 weeks.

I suspect DM isn't. You've obviously got the attention of a CIC officer. Once you get that, they tend to decide reasonably quickly (assuming all the proofs are there). My guess is DM isn't far behind, but landing is anyone's guess. Looks like landing will probably be in Montreal. So, it could be worth a trip to go stalk the office.

I used to work across the street from the Kitchener office. Turns out, that was perfect for me to collect info on how busy they are (not). So landings there are reasonably quick.

My ecas (sponsor) shows sponsorship application status: In Process; Permanent Residence Application Status: Decision Made
My wife's ecas shows Permanent Residence Application Status: Decision Made
My wife's "mycic" do not show final decision.

So my ECAS is not updated for SA, but has DM on the PA side. My wife's mycic do not even show review of eligibility passed in the status details, although there is a letter confirming AIP and mycic do not show final decision....

It looks like we got DM right after SA and AIP... but I will wait for an official confirmation before celebrating!

Looks like ecas isn't up to date...but yep I would say that's a DM.

your Mycic wont change .. You'll get DM soon .. Same thing happened with me and I got the DM 2 days after.
