That means you don't have conditional PR. We're you suppose so?

Well I don't know if am suppose to .. But I do remember that I applied November 2012 and that rule was effective already so I fall into that category . Well have been married for 3 years and also have two kids . And CIC processed my application exactly two years . November 2012 to November 2014 . So maybe I have met the two year requirement don't know lol. But for sure my PR is not conditional because it says NOne at the condition section. Anyway don't plan on divorcing hahahahah . I think Cic look at your family and decide if who is going to be conditional or none conditional . Has anyone received PR card recently ? How long did it take?

If there are children at the time of filing then the application is not conditional.

At the time of application there was no children, Though my wife was pregnant.

It appears that you got lucky. You were suppose to have conditional 51 on your COPR. Pregnancy has no bearing on whether you get conditional 51.

Hello everyone,

I am going for an In Canada spousal sponsorship but I have used IMM5490 (SPONSORED PARTNER/SPOUSE QUESTIONNAIRE FOR OUTSIDE CANADA). Could you please let me know if anybody has encountered a problem with this, and what did you do to fix it?

I am thinking of sending the IMM 5285 (Questionnaire for inland) but I dont know if CIC will accept it still.

Still waiting for my PR card almost a month now. And by the way you can apply for a US visa with COPR. i did apply for a US visa and went to the interview with my COPR, got ten years visa in my passport. And i can drive to the states and come back using my copr . Still waiting for my PR card though, hopefully it comes soon.

Hi everyone,
Happy new year to all! If anyone here experience renewing OWP for the first time online? My husband application for pr is already over a year after issunce of aip and his owp has expired. He was let go from his job because the company he is working didn't accept the reason the he can still worked on implied status while his owp is being renewed. we submit renewal application online 45 days prior to its expiration but until we haven't receive anything. we tried to check it online and his status on his my cic account was "on hold", what is the reason for this? we even tried to call the call center but they don't even know what's that mean. I hope this is not a negative one, it's already a very long wait for us.

We started processing your application on January 8, 2015. ,Like really, Did they have to wait a Month before processing it , Cic is unbelievable. What happen to the 33 calendar days ?
