We received your application for permanent residence on March 19, 2012.

We started processing your application on November 5, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

(I thought I will get this next year)

Congrats! Looks like they're going through the November 2012 applications now - good news for us who applied this year! :) Wish they'd update the website to reflect that, though!

@mrs_canuck,

Nahmed's application was submitted in March. The online website does not reflect AOR dates. They are based on dates on which applications have been submitted. So they are "still" working on Oct 8th applications.

Thank you very much for the clarification. Well, the holiday has Ben low key. I just came back in as I went to help me friend move to his new place. But I've been home pretty much all day. How are u and your family?

Please take note that all factual exchanges here are mostly if not all in English, so I like to suggest that you write/state your concerns in English for everyone to understand and help address your issues in a timely fashion.

Good luck to Pearl75, Wolanila, and Barley on their landing tomorrow. They must be getting quite excited. Look forward to hearing from them tomorrow after their landing.

So, i just got email about the DM a few days ago.. (26/6/2013), would I receive any letters in snail mail ? (is that sent by CIC but not Vancouver office?) and when i got the letter, i still hv to count 3 months before Vancouver office will contact me? and if they dun contact me after 3 months, I call Vancouver office to ask? or call CIC?

I'm a little confused now and would like to know what i need to do.

The 3 months count is for the letter "snail mail" for your interview and is from the day you get the DM and is the Vancouver office who will issue it. What the CIC ppl told me is if you don't get the letter in 3 months then contact them again and they will contact vancouver office on your behalf, now I don't know how accurate is this since seems these ppl at the costumer service are trained to repeat always the same. you might get lucky an get the letter before. its hard to tell because it seems in this threat there's not many of us in VAncouver and I just now 2 more besides who got DM. Hope I got you less confused :)
