I received my OWP in the mail on Apr 19, 2013
Applied online for OWP after I got AIP on Mar 5, 2013 so 45 days for online app.
pls update the spreadsheet with these...

PS. just a thought here regarding the spreadsheet:
on the average wait times, if you use the geometric mean instead of average it gives a more realistic wait time because geometric mean is not sensitive to outliers such as very small numbers or very large numbers.
for example: for the few people who'll end up waiting maybe 600 days or more to get something that for others takes typically 150 days, the average skews the wait time to a longer period where most people don't wait that long. The same goes for the few people who waited 1 day for something where that is not the norm and others typically wait much longer.
geomean does not work zeros though so you might run into some difficulty for the people who got AIP and DM on same day. ! suggest changing the zeros to ones.
so instead of average use "=geomean(your range)"
