Hello....

I came across this forum last week and i was going through each and every page. I am almost at page # 300.

I got a DM email today. Below is my timeline:

Application Received: August 31, 2012
AOR: November 28, 2012
AIP: February 17, 2013
DM: April 25, 2013

The letter states that the Calgary Immigration Office will contact me.

This forum is amazing and the people are super amazing. I was very impressed when i saw the spreadsheet of 2012 applications.
Could someone please add me to that spreadsheet of 2012.

I still have quite a few pages to read before i catch up to page # 354. GREAT WORK GUYS!

I agree as something is better than nothing. Though I would have liked for it to move to the 12th this morning as our app is the 18th, I was actually relieved that it didn't say 10/5 still! Keep your head up Jiggy -- we're approaching the finish line... Just a couple more weeks!

Hi aadhalla,

Congrats on your DM. May I ask what country you are coming from? Where are you living now? I know you said Calgary is the landing office, it doesn't always mean you live in Calgary.

Seems according to timesheet, Calgary will be busy. 8 people on timesheet landing in Calgary.

Wooohoo my e-case finally says medical exams received. Hope that means they are working on my file... ;D

It won't be long before DM will come. :)

May I ask what country you're coming from and what city you are in?

Hi guys, I have just got an e-mail from CIC.I am cofused if it is DM or AIP.
It states ''This letter refers to your application for permanent residence under the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class. It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent resident
status as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class.
We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The
Canada Immigration Centre in SCARBOROUGH will contact you concerning your permanent
resident status.
Please note: At the time of your appointment, you and your family members, if any, will
be required to present the original identification document(s) to the Canada Immigration
Centre. A final decision concerning the granting of permanent residence status will be
made at that time. If permanent residence is granted, the name that will appear on the
confirmation of permanent resident document is your name as it appears on your
passport or identity documents."
