My husband has a drivers Licence and he was out of status for 3 years. In Ontario, it wasn't a problem.

No. We just got AIP and are applying for OWP next week. We just needed his foreign passport.

Through no problem !

Can i apply for Temparary Resident Visa now that i have AIP and OWP from CIC?

You would not get an OWP unless you are approved in principle. Did you check your Ecas to see what it said? Would you mind sharing your timeline with me?

April 23, 2013 in Edmonton.

She also received an email regarding medical exam intruction, but I think it was a false email. Medical report was sent with the application and eCas shows medical result has been received already.

Nightmare !! My car was hit by someone who is the member of Salvation Army church after the church service end. He/She hit my car and run away even we are in the same church..Can you imagine someone just praised and prayed to Jesus and hit my car and run away!!
I parked my car in the church parking lot and found out my front bumper and light were broken.

Now I really need OWP to get some money to fix my car....
No job , temporary visa status and waiting are already drive me nuts plus problem with my car ...Arrrgh...... :'(

DID U call the police?? they can help u locate the hit and run driver!! This is my own experience!

That's good to now for the new applicants. If I just knew that when I applied it would save me some time...

It was so simple, they just looked at theCIC letter and started typing in their computer and voila

I had reported to the police and they didn't care....
Police : " Are there any CCTV/Cameras in the church ?"
Me : " No..."
Police : " Any witnesses ?"
Me : " No..."
Police : " We couldn't help you , you just claim to your insurance company because there were no evidence/proof "
Me : :'(

I don't want to claim to car insurance company because I will pay higher rates next time.....
Last time I lost my sport bicycle BESIDE police station , I reported it to the police ...
Police : " What is your bicycle number ? "
Me : " I don't know "
Police : " Any witnesses ? " Any proof ?"
Me : " No "
Police : " Sorry , we couldn't help you "

After a week my wife saw my sport bicycle BESIDE the police station . She quickly went to police station . The black teenager guy (sorry not mean to be racial and no offense) run quickly with my bicycle...
Police : " Sorry , where is the guy ? "
My wife : :'(
