Hi Rusty53 can you please update my info on the spreadsheet. Been almost a year now and no AIP yet I am staying positive though. My spouse contacted the local MP so we are waiting for the reply and also I applies for electronic notes which should get hopefully on Sunday. Have and great weekend guys. We sent our medical in with our app back in July 2012.

We got AIP January 10th, 2013, but it still doesn't say they have received the medicals on ecas.

Should I worry?

I'm Palestiniane , resident in Saudi Arabia.
I applied for Sponsorship in last Augst ,, still waitting for the replay from United Arab of Emarits for the assesment which will take around 2 years.
anyone had his/her visa before 2 years

is there any body applied from Saudi Arabia for Sponsorship visa through spouse ?? can share me the experince ??

do anyone knows if I have to get a final exit from Saudi Arabia to got the Landing in Canada??

It's been a bit over 7 months since my AIP.

For those who are still waiting for 2nd stage approval, what do call centre agents and FOSS notes tell you?

In my case, my 'background check' has not been cleared according to call centre agents, and my 'criminality check' has not been even updated since October 2011 according to FOSS notes.

Can anyone please share your own reasons why your application is not finalized yet?

Should I be worried that my 'background check' is not completed at this time of the application? Can it be done soon?
