If I'm not mistaken, I think the DM letter will also list any fees not paid such as RPRF. Usually when that happens, people tends to pay the fee online rather than wait for landing to pay the fee. I don't think all landing offices allow payment on site. Some do, some don't. We had a couple of people being told that some offices won't assign appointment until all fees are paid. Another reason to pay the fee after getting DM letter online.
