It's almost there.
But nothing happens after faxing my wife's passport on Thursday?

If you JUST sent CIC information, you should expect to wait a month or two before you hear anything further, even if you responded immediately to their request (basically, the file goes back in queue and they will look at it the next time it gets to the front of the queue).

I have updated the timesheets. Made an addition to the sheets. Made another colour yellow category indicating OTHER. This is for those outside the usual status.

It is with regret that CheshireCats will be re-applying the sponsorship from stratch through outland. They have decided to pursue this route since judicial review takes too long of a process and very costly to reverse their negative decision. Their lawyer have advised them to start over and reapply outland.

I do not want to remove them from the list on account that there is a record that they did apply inland. With this in mind, I made a new colour status for them.

Is there a way we can send my passport in before they request it. How long do they need it for and what about finger prints is that something everybody has to do as well?

So I just spoke to cic about the documents requested and the lady told me to write them a letter explaining to them the same way I did to her and she reckons they'll ask if they need something else after that or that might just be enough explanation!!....I better get to writing then!

Can you contact your ex and ask him to ask his lawyer to write letter to the CIC that you and your ex were common-law partner, etc.

ohhhhhh, when is my landing interview will be?!?!?!?!?!?! still waiting... and waiting and waiting... it is exactly 3 wks ago when I got the DM. I am getting more anxious when I read other people's landing date.

I wonder,not sure if he'll agree to do it!!!... There's reasons he is my ex,but I'll try!!!

Have processing times significantly sped up since the PAFSO strike ended? I know CIC still lists 11 months but are they clearing our their backlog?

You have to find out the time when her appointment is so you can show up at gym and wave to everyone that passes your gym in the chance that you waved at meowmeow.

You could "accidentally" drop your purse by the gym window and put on a show picking up your purse and make computergeek turn red as a beet in front of strangers. LOL
