Is there anyone who has gotten a call from the Hamilton office? How long did it take for them to call?

I applied for my OWP in March too. I wonder if I'll even hear about it since my PR application may be completed before I get the OWP. Go figure! Spend 150 for the work visa and by luck they're getting ahead on the apps.

If they dont process your OWP before you land you will be refunded.

OMG OMG OMG

I just got off the phone with a CIC agent who told me that there was a letter sent on April 18th, and our file was transferred to Etobicoke !!! I asked her does that mean there is a decision made, she said she can't tell on her computer she said can only see a letter was sent. So I asked her if it was a good thing that the file was transferred she said yes, its usually a good thing !!!

So does is it a good thing ??? Do the deny an stage 2 approval and send it to the local office ????

Or are WE DONE !!!! ???????

Or thursday. Not often does the CIC website gets updated on Wednesday. Since I have been checking the website since I received AOR, 95% of the time it been updated on Thursday. Regardless hope the website will move beyond October 5th for everyone waiting for AIPs.

I'm with you -- I didn't literally mean tomorrow as I've noticed, yep, once they moved to a Wed "date" rather than Fridays, it's not actually updated on the Wednesday but Thursday morning. Agreed, I'm hoping to move beyond 10/5 but from this forum it appears they're working the DMs (albeit, quicker than the 14 months) so I think that's why we haven't heard any AIP news lately (we're 10/18 so I'm getting impatient myself but I think in the long-run it'll be a quicker process).

Hi, vegreville office just returned my owp application due to miss signature:S They received my Pr application on october 12 and owp on february 15. I was waiting to hear about aip but nothing I am just wondering should i sent owp app. again or not.

yeah thats right. i applied in september and i still have no AIP. All they say at the call center is, that we have to wait...
