Vancouver DM timeline

I received DM February 21 and got my appointment in Vancouver a week later.
My appointment is April 24th. Really really ready for this to be over.

My wife was worry about my application processing time and wondered would CPC-V process it in October 2012 or January 2013 ? As I told here before that CPC-V have returned all of my application because the officer thought that I haven't paid the processing fee which I had already "PAID" the fees in October 2012. The officer in CPC-V had "LOST" the Original Payment RBC Bank Draft . I must have sent back all of my application with the copy of the payment proof.

I still remember when I and my wife ran to the post office in heavy snowfall and my wife almost fell down hole . I hope CPC-V Officer will NOT make anymore mistake. When CPC-V returned my application ,my wife was so stress and wanted to cry.

They did the same thing to us, our receipt was 100% in the application when we first mailed it in June, it was returned to us in October and we sent it back the next day. Sorry to say, but your dates Yill be reset to whenever you mailed it back in.

I know it sucks, they originally had stamped June 1st on the application, we were very upset to find out they wouldn't do anything for us when we sent it back in. They told us it was our word against theirs as to weather the receipt was in there or not. Ugh, oh well we will hopefully soon have our AIP.

I know it sucks, they originally had stamped June 1st on the application, we were very upset to find out they wouldn't do anything for us when we sent it back in. Did you pay online. I would think they could have checked their online records. Now you have me worried because they told me we did not send in a representative authorization, but we did.

no we paid at the bank and sent in the receipt, when we returned the application we had to send in a copy of our receipt which was dated May 18th 2012 to prove we paid it.

We called our MP to see if there was anything they could do to move us along at all, and they said unfortunately this wasnt the first time they heard of CIC "not receiving" things and sending back the application and it was our word against their employee and they would side with their employee.

Im sorry to hear your bad luck... Im going to start video recording everything important I do so that I have proof if something like this ever happens. I hope they process your application faster

Sorry to say, but your dates will be reset to whenever you mailed it back in.

CPC-V had withdraw my money in October 2012 but the officer returned my application because he/she didn't get my original payment which other officer got and withdraw it.
I still wonder what kind of the computer system they use. It seems something wrong with their management .
